TIER 4 Support
Job Description • Installation of InfoGin's products in a multi-server environment • Ability to work flexible / after hours one to two times a week and two weekends per month. • Ability to travel abroad two to three times a year. Required Experience & Knowledge • 2 years of experience in a similar job, supporting customers abroad (Tier3/4) experience with support for products based on WEB. • Familiarity with HTTP / TCP-IP - advantage for experience in developing Web sites or Web server setup and maintenance) • Previous knowledge in Sniffers - must • Experience in MS Server 2003, Unix / Linux - must (not necessarily high level, however this is an advantage) • Excellent verbal and written communications in English • Must be accurate, detail-oriented, thorough worker Advantages • Working with Mobile Operators • Previous knowledge in SGL • Unix / Linux scripting • Familiarity with Firewalls / Load Balancers • French communication skills
